Announcing the 23rd Annual KofC Council #12472 Charity Golf Tournament!The Knights of Columbus, Father John J. McCarthy Council #12472, is excited to announce our 23rd Annual Golf Tournament. As our council's largest fundraiser of the year, this highly anticipated event brings together 128 golfers for a fantastic day of fellowship, sport, and community impact.
All proceeds directly benefit a diverse range of local charitable organizations and parish initiatives, including Blessed Sacrament Catholic School scholarships, Wounded Warriors, Veterans on Deck, Habitat for Humanity, the Charleston Miracle League, and many more.

- Date: Thursday, November 5, 2026
- Location: Patriots Point Links (1 Patriots Point Rd, Mt Pleasant, SC)
- Cost: $150.00 per golfer (Includes green fees, cart, swag bag, range balls, breakfast, lunch, and course beverages)
- Format: Single golfers are welcome! If you don't have a foursome, we will happily match you with a team.
- 8:30 AM – Breakfast
- 9:00 AM – Registration Opens
- 10:00 AM – Shotgun Start
- 2:30 PM – Lunch & Awards
- Live Scoring: Keep track of the field in real-time! Golfers will receive a personalized digital scorecard link to update team scores, instantly syncing to the clubhouse leaderboard viewable right from your smartphone.
- On-Course Contests: We are partnering with BackSwing Golf Events to bring a lady professional golfer to the course! Test your skills in high-energy "Beat the Pro" (Par 3) and "Longest Drive" challenges for ultimate bragging rights and special raffle prizes.
- Prizes: Awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and last place teams. Mulligans will also be available for purchase.
- The Return of the Online Auction: Our popular live online auction is back and open to everyone—even if you aren't golfing! Invite friends, family, and coworkers to bid on incredible items and experiences to support our charitable mission. Bidding will open the week of the tournament.
